Presentation

Oral

• Presentation time is
  20 min. (15 min. presentation and 5 min. Q&A) for ordinary contributed talk, and
  30 min. (25 min. presentation and 5 min. Q&A) for invited talk.
• The conference rooms are provided with a Windows laptop computer and an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) projector.
• You can use either the on-site computer or your own PC during the oral sessions. If you decide to use the on-site PC, please bring your presentation in USB memory stick. If your presentation includes animation, we recommend you to use your own PC.
• The projector can be connected to computers via either a D-sub 15-pin plug or HDMI Type A.
• The aspect ratio of projector screen is 16:9 (4:3 is also possible to be projected with side margins).
• Please check your material before your session. The meeting staffs are happy to help your preparation.
• All speakers are requested to operate the slides by themselves.

Poster

• Please bring your printed poster to the workshop.
• The size of each poster board is 90 cm (W) x 180 cm (H), and good for A0 portrait.
• You will have a one-min. introduction in the conference room before the core times of poster viewing.
• Please send ONE page Power Point slide for your introduction to
      SPARCjws2020@kugi.kyoto-u.ac.jp by e-mail.
  The deadline for the submission is February 10 (Mon), 2020.
