Oral

• The conference room is provided with one Windows laptop computer with LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) projector.
• The 4:3 aspect ratio of your PPT slides is best for the screen in Maskawa hall. A wide aspect ratio of 16:9 is also acceptable for the projector, though blank spaces are added to top and bottom of each slide.
• You can use either the on-site computer or your own PC during the oral sessions. If you decide to use the on-site PC, please bring your presentation in USB memory stick. If your presentation includes animation, we recommend you to use your own PC.
• Please check your material before your session. The meeting staffs are happy to help your preparation.
• All speakers are requested to operate the slides by themselves.

Poster

• Please bring your printed poster to the workshop.
• The size of each poster board is 90 cm (W) x 210 cm (H).
• Posters can be displayed from Monday (9th) 12:00 to Friday (13th) 14:00 in the exhibition hall of Maskawa Building.
