Preregistration

We request you to kindly preregister for the conference, because of our preparation of name tag, conference bag, coffee and ice breaker, the Conference Dinner etc. Please download the registration form, Regist.docx or Regist.pdf. Fill out the form and e-mail it with your abstract to
      kurims2013vp@kugi.kyoto-u.ac.jp

If you would like to attend the workshop without presentations, the deadline of the preregistration is September 22 (Sun), 2013.

Registration Fee and Payment

We request you to pay for the following amounts.

• Registration fee: 2,000 JPY (Japanese Yen)
• Conference Dinner: 6,000 JPY per person who will join the dinner in the evening of October 24 (Thu), 2013.

Registration and Conference Dinner fees will be collected at the registration desk on October 22(Tue) and 23 (Wed), 2013.

Only Japanese Yen in cash is accepted. No credit cards, thank you.
